All parents know what it is like to be at your wits’ end with children, but possibly do not know where to turn for impartial, confidential professional support. Asking for help does not mean you are a bad parent in any way, it just means you want to be a better one! This is where parent coaching comes in.
We know it is so easy to get caught up in patterns of behaviour - your and your children’s - that it can be hard to find a way out. And often parents end up arguing more between themselves as to the right approach. This is where discussing the situation with a professional parent coach, who is non-judgmental can give you the insight and the confidence to turn situations around.
Being a confident parent will enable you to make the right decisions for you and your family.
Coaching and Consultations are completely confidential and we work within the code of ethics of the Association for Coaching.
